Just heard from REC; she's on the road and headed west! Cars packed and all is well.
Heard from Jane earlier today and apparently old Serge is holding up nicely in his new home. She reports that he's very happy, thank you very much, and that he's taken to Paul and the girls (Stella and Vi) and they to him. He's made friends with the cat next door, is eating well, and has also made a few trips inside. Paul takes care of the drops. All in all a success.
