Revisited a journal article today on the role of the supreme court in a democracy, by Aharon Barak, President of the Israeli Supreme Court. Had forgotten just how excellent it really is. After reading so many incredibly non-remarkable journal articles, a good one really stands out. Well worth your time if you've got it and you might learn something: 116 Harv. L. Rev. 16 (2002).
