Or, at least that's what they're calling it. Things much worse today. It was like the NYC strike yesterday evening during rush hour, people walking home; a sea of cars; all cabs, buses full; people on bicycles. Over 900,000 needing a way home.More of the same today. Add that to the fact that this week is 'semana santa' or holy week and we've got a wee mess.
