Well, Folks. No need to worry. Carrefour was open. I should have known, as a French company, they'd be godless. I asked the cashier and it turns out they're closed on May Day, which I approve of 100%. Maybe I should buy some stock. So it's me and some pita and lots of baba ghannouge (as they spell it). Since I was eating far too much tuna, I've made the switch to hummus, baba-g, and pita -- shades of London.
Beautiful day here, if a little toasty. Not sure what I'll do, if anything. Plan the week I suppose.
