Well. Subte workers have taken over the underground; a strike. Looks like all five lines are tied up. Saw news coverage of police in riot gear heading into the tunnels this morning. There's a live shot now. Glad I decided to stay in and finish up my taxes. I sincerely hope I did everything right, as I had to report and pay taxes on my fellowship which complicated things. I love the ease of e-filing, but it makes me nervous.
Latest dispatch from BA is up, if anyone cares to have a read (though I have to say the "stamp" they chose to represent me is sadly unflattering). Other than that, no news. Think I need to get out for a breath of fresh air, get a little sun.
