March flowers

Happy March everyone. Hard to believe. A nice little parade inaugurated one of my favorite months (one of the pleasures of living in front of mounted police hq, I guess, photos on Blogo) and then much of the day was spent tracking down an adaptor for my phone, with stops for music and books. Though El Ateneo is nice, it's big and corporate and far. Today I made it a point of finding my own little neighborhood bookshop, and it's wonderful. I'll definitely be going back.

Also bought some beautiful figs, which are now in season. Hmmm.

At the moment am waiting for my landlady to arrive so I can pay yet another month's rent and then I'll probably go for a run. Or, perhaps I'll wait and go in the morning. Who knows! Who cares?!
