Between transparency and the invisible

Howdy Folks! Interview went well and resulted in some good leads, among them one at the Supreme Court. So, good I suppose. Meeting took place down by the "Tribunales" in a government office and it was interesting to see the infrastructure, suits, and comings and goings of the upwardly mobile daily grinders. When I got out of the cab, I found a LexisNexis office staring me in the face and, begrudgingly, I had to smile.

To celebrate and clear the head, I trotted down to the Malba once I got home to see the new Gego (Gertrud Goldschmidt) exhibit (between transparency and the invisible). Some interesting and some not so interesting stuff. Of course, I was really there to see the Barradas again, which are -- by far -- my favorites. Interesting news is that this exhibit marks the Malba's partnership or collaboration with the Museo de Bellas Artes de Houston, which in my book speaks well of Houston.

No run today. Think I'll just do some reading in the tub.
