Stones mania here, Folks. They were in Rio last night, for one of the largest shows in history, and they're arriving today for two shows in Buenos Aires. When I went down to buy the Sunday papers at my little news stand just now, I was overwhelmed by DVDs, posters, and all sort of Stones stuff. Can't imagine what it must be like downtown. On the one hand I'd like to go to the show (something to see and experience, I'm sure), on the other, I've never been one for crowds (anything over 20 people, as far as I'm concerned). Something small and intimate is more to my liking and -- obviously -- not likely.
On the other hand, Mercedes Sosa gave a free show in the park last night (not that kind of show, people) and there was definitely a crowd in the neighborhood.
Had a nice run yesterday and am hoping for another today.
