Pragma-dialectical analysis?

Just revisited an article (given to me by DB, by him) on the potential alliance between issue-processing and pragma-dialectical analysis (argumentation theory, University of Amsterdam), and am happy to report I did find some helpful points in the article -- points which will hopefully help to make the diss (to borrow a phrase) degrees less imperfect. I was actually at the conference where all the papers on this stuff were presented, but for some reason, at least at the time, it didn't seem especially relevant to my work.

So, will now move on to Logic on the Track of Social Change and perhaps Moral Objectives, Rules, and the Forms of Social Change. Still need to finish the Diego Portales journal on Clinicas de interes publico and work on the NSF, among other things -- all of which of course got marginally interrupted by a (many degrees less than perfect) performance of Hello, Good-bye, a recurring one-man, one-act play in desperate need of new direction. Nonetheless, all in all, things coming along nicely. Weather beautiful, day productive and I'm ready to hit the sack.

By the way, departure date below should read the 31st and not the 21st, which should allow me one last quick trip to Austin before I go. We shall see.

B.
