Of course my homecoming could not have been entirely without incident. Found a letter waiting that tells me my student loan servicer got notice that my "separation date" had been moved to 12/23/05 -- this probably due to my affiliated registration status, which I CONFIRMED would continue to be full time and NOT AFFECT my loan status. Why doesn't somebody tell you they're thinking of reporting a new separation date and CONFIRM this before an unnecessary and thoroughly erroneous process is set in motion?
