Dear Friends:
Photos in. I think he´s a keeper. On the anti-boredom front: Did hire a guide and car and am headed for the hills tomorrow with a stop in a small town called Tarabuco, famous for its textiles and for defeating (in some battle or another) the Spanish. Should be a nice Sunday. They were led by a woman, by the way, when they defeated the Spanish. Will also have ice cream tomorrow evening with some distant-ish, but nice relatives who are in Sucre for a few days. Any excuse for some of Dona Maria Elena´s chirimoya, banana, and tumbo, ice cream.
