Dearest Friends! Mystery solved. The time to upload photos via internet is during siesta! From about 12 to 2:30 the city shuts down; they sleep, rest, relax (i.e., NO computer use). The lines are clear! In about an hour and a half´s time I uploaded more pictures than I´ve been able to upload since I´ve been here. Amazing. On other fronts the cello concert in the Casa de la Libertad last night was fantastic. I was front row, first seat. The performance, by Nicholas Anderson, was tremendous. Double encore and his Spanish isn´t half bad. A gentleman, he stayed and shook everyone´s hand afterwards. Bravo! |
